<p>Howard Philips Lovecraft wrote this in 1926. I was surprised to learn that it&#8217;s apparently not about the <a href="http://www.cs.auckland.ac.nz/~pgut001/pubs/vista_cost.txt">&#8220;content protection specification&#8221;</a> in Windows Vista.</p>
