The current proposal for software patents in the EU was voted down. Most people seem to think that this was a good thing, but even though this battle was won, the war is still going on. I’m still trying to wrap my mind around this, as there seems to be many different outcomes and ways for software idea patents to become a reality. (And that’s a very BAD THING of course…)
